MAIN ISSUES

This edition of BETA-DEBATES will address the current war in Ukraine, its consequences and the ways we can deal with it as Europeans. The main topics will be: the Ukranian refugees in the EU (current status, migrant policy adaptations for them…), the mobilisation of economic and military resources to help Ukraine, the fight against misinformation, the sanctions to Russia and the European strategic independence (both in an energetic and a military sense). Depending on the pace of the debate, a second event will be held the following week for us to be able to address all the topics.
